In October 2008, EuroMena Limited Partnership acquired a minority stake in Chedid Capital; a Holding company investing mainly in the insurance and reinsurance sectors in the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Among its subsidiaries, Chedid Re, a reinsurance broking company with operations in more than 40 countries and who was selected in 2015 among the top 20 reinsurance brokers in the world.

In February 2015, a Saudi Family office bought our stake.
