In July 2007, EuroMena Limited Partnership acquired a significant minority stake in Sodamco, a Lebanese based company involved in the production of construction materials, including Premix Mortar lines and Admixtures.

In July 2012, Saint Gobain Weber, a German manufacturer of building materials and subsidiary of the French Saint-Gobain, acquired our stake.
